AMERICAN ENGLISH:
- Say the hour first and then the minutes

11.20 ( It's Evelen Twenty )

BRITISH ENGLISH :

- Say the minutes first and then the hours
( Minutes + ( PAST : Lewat / TO : Kurang ) + Hour )
10:15 = It's Fifteen Past Ten
10:30 = It's a half past ten

10:40 = It's twenty to eleven

11:00 = It's eleven o'clock

QUESTION :
- What is the time ?

- What time is it ?

ANSWER :
- it is ...............

AM : Ante meridiem: Before noon
PM : Post meridiem: After noon
